The upper tray rests on top and holds the DTM52 multi-tool, DC18SD charger, charging cord, and original parts box. Simply lift out the upper tray to access the tools below. Both trays are precision-sized to stack securely.

Q4: Does it fit the original Makita parts box?
A: Yes. The upper layer features a dedicated slot designed to fit the original Makita parts box, so your bits, blades, and consumables stay in their factory case, neatly organized and easy to access.

Q5: Will this fit other MAKPAC types (Type 1, Type 2, Type 4)?
A: This insert is designed specifically for the Makita MAKPAC Type 3 interior dimensions. Other MAKPAC types have different heights and may not fit. Contact us for custom inserts for other MAKPAC types.
